How to Use the EXP unit:

First, plug the unit into a regular wall outlet to charge the built-in rechargeable battery. Next, fill the reservoir with plain tap water and squeeze the trigger to spray the surface to be cleaned. Finally, wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth.

Do not use distilled or purified water. The technology requires some mineral content in the water to properly ionize the water. It does not matter the hardness or softness of the water.
